It’s no accident that we borrowed our company name from Schumpeter’s Creative Destruction: passion for digital innovation is not just the latest buzzword for us, it’s what’s been driving us from the very onset of the internet for over 20 years. As internet enthusiasts since 1995, founders of internet-startups since 1999, as drivers of digital transformation in multinational global players since 2003, authors of books on the internet and the impact of digital on business models and society, as keynote speakers – and since 2011 as
CREATIVE CONSTRUCTION.

Online from the very first days of the web in 1995, Alexander has been active in developing internet projects and startups since 1999. From 2003 to 2007 he developed internet-based business models for the media industry in management positions at Bertelsmann in London, Shanghai, and Toronto.

Alexander is author and co-author of books on Artificial Intelligence and Chatbots, Internet and the the digital transformation of companies and business models. He holds a Master of Business and Economics from University of St. Gallen and completed executive education programs at INSEAD and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Agnieszka M. Walorska

As one of the very first employees at one of the biggest exit-success stories on the German market (studiVZ), Agnieszka has played a crucial role in the explosive growth of this social network. She is the author of publications and sought-after expert and keynote speaker on topics of Agile Management, Digital Innovation and Customer Experience. She led successful Innovation and Customer Experience projects across several industries, including utilities, banking and media.

She studied social sciences and politics at Warsaw University and Humboldt-University of Berlin and received a scholarship from Studienstiftung and Hertie Foundation. When she is not busy solving innovation problems, she is training for her next thriathlon.
