SWISS: Relaunch website and airline booking engine

To reflect the high standards of Switzerland’s prime airline in the digital space, Swiss turned to us to ensure the user focus of its website and booking engine in their relaunch project.

Working closely with their digital agency Hinderling Volkart as in other projects before, we carried out an expert review of the project to identify usability pitfalls and advised Swiss on the optimization. Extending the level of detail of the findings and to verify them with actual users, we determined the key segments of the target group, sourced the matching user types for all relevant segments and conducted lab tests of the website and the booking engine.

The relaunch went on to become the winner of the Best of Swiss Web Award in 2015.
